Welcome to “Train the Trainer”
In the corporate community, the need for independent trainers and consultants has grown tremendously. Companies are seeking quality instructors to provide general staff training, project-specific training, corporate seminars,
consulting, and more.
While there are numerous independent trainers ready to supply this demand, many of them become stagnant and never reach their maximum potential due to poor training, marketing, and lack of sustainable contracts and resources.
With this problem in mind, “Train the Trainer” was created. It is an online resource where you can get tips and advice on how to enhance your career as an independent trainer and consultant.
Here we will cover several topics including: training strategies, contracts and consultant agreements, freelance projects, salaries, vendor-relations, marketing, networking, website design and development, web promotion, and more.
